What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.

We do not sell your data. Ever. We collect what we need to run your services and bill you correctly — nothing more — and we do not hand it to anyone for marketing purposes.
This policy explains what information AmigoServ WebHosting Solutions collects from visitors and customers of this website, why we collect it, how we use it, and what control you have over it.
Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, company and billing details, entered when you register an account or place an order. If you contact support, we keep the content of those tickets so we have a history to work from.
Information needed to deliver the service. Server IP addresses, hostnames and license keys — without these we cannot issue or activate what you have bought.
Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived here. We use cookies for this, and to keep you signed in and your cart intact as you move around the site.
Card payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number on our servers. We keep only what we need for invoicing and refunds — such as the last four digits and the payment reference.
We only send marketing email if you have asked for it, and every such message carries an unsubscribe link.
We share the minimum necessary, and only with:
Your details are never sold, rented or passed to anyone for marketing or mailing lists.
Account and service records are kept for as long as you are a customer. After you leave, invoices and billing records are retained for the period our tax and accounting obligations require; the rest is deleted or anonymised once it no longer serves a purpose.
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it where we are not required to keep it, or provide it in a portable format. You can also object to a particular use of it, or withdraw consent you have given.
Open a support ticket and we will action any of these. We will not charge you for it, and we will not make it difficult.
Access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it to do their job. Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your data, we would tell you.
If we change how we handle your information in any material way, we will update this page and let you know. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
Any question about your data — or this policy — goes to the same place: open a ticket from your client area, and a person will answer.
